Sit ups
How to do a sit-up
By Leo
Sit-ups are a great exercise to improve your fitness, your leg and abdominal muscle strength, and your flexibility. Here are the steps to do a sit-up.
-
Firstly lie on the ground on your back and extend your legs slowly out so they are flat on the ground.
-
Secondly, bend your legs up and put your feet flat on the ground.
-
Thirdly put your hands behind your head and pull yourself up evenly till your about 3 cm away from your legs. Keeping your legs bent up and feet on the ground.
-
Then slowly lower yourself down till your back is on the ground.
-
You have now completed one sit up. Repeat if you feel comfortable. After that continue the exercise every day for a month and you will be a lot stronger than you were before you started.

DADWAVERS
DADWAVERS-Story
I fall in deep cold water and see something brown so I went and investigated. I flap my feet as I swim closer to the blurry brown thing. I swim closer then I see a statue “how did this get here this is crazy”? Why would a statue be at the bottom of the sea in Brazil . Then I saw a fish with sharp teeth and fins till I realised what It was I swam quickly away. As I swim away I see the boat when I got up the sun was sliding away. I thought why would a statue be at the bottom of the ocean? I felt as cold as ice when
we drove back to land.
I could feel the boat jump when it hit the waves
when we got there the driver drove in the boat and then the driver anchored it on shore. I jumped out and went back to my room ready for another day I had some chips and went to sleep. I woke up in the morning feeling fresh and ready for another day I went to the shore two go for another scuba dive I did this so I could see that statue again without bumping into the shark that looked like it was guarding the statue.aq
I jumped into the water and swim to the statue which was just sticking out of the water. As soon as I saw the statue I looked around for the shark It was not there so I swam closer and looked around the statue. I found a price tag and some sculpture company on it. Then I realise that it's no treasure it just fallen of a ship and ended up down here at the bottom of the sea. So I swim back up and get on the ship going back to the resort feeling disappointed and annoyed.
